Madison has officially had her 1st ever performance. She is in the children's choir at church and a few weeks ago they had a Sunday night service about a family's journey in starting an orphanage in Africa and about overseas adoption. They asked the little ones to sing a few songs. They were so cute. All they had were youth shirts so everyone's shirt just swallowed them, making them look even smaller up there on that huge stage. Here are a few pics.
Madison's take on the baby...
Hopefully by now, most of you know that we are expecting a baby towards the end of May. We are so excited and just can't wait till he/she gets here! Everything is going very well. I am about 15 1/2 weeks into the pregnancy. I had an ultrasound a few weeks ago and saw it constantly moving. So much so that the doctor couldn't get a good picture of it to give to me. You could see its arms and legs waving. It was so cool! I hope its not any indication of how active this one will be when they get here. If he/she is anything like their big sister, I'm in trouble.... We were going to wait to tell Madison about the baby just so we didn't get bombarded with questions for the next few months, however, she has been begging us for a puppy for months now and it had gotten to the point of real tears and being so upset when we told her no,(can we say spoiled rotten!) so we finally told her why she can't have a new puppy. She was so happy, but....She still wants a puppy. My in laws asked her what she wanted to name the baby if it was a girl... She said "baby" Then they asked if it was a boy..She said there are no boys, its a girl! She also asked me if there were 2 babies in my tummy..... She's crazy. That was over a month ago and STILL anytime anyone mentions the fact that it could be a boy she corrects them. We will be able to find out for sure within the next month. I'm afraid of what she is going to say if its a boy... Here's another cute picture of my girl, I thought I should share!
