Saturday we had Madison's 1st ever birthday party with just her friends. We had 3 of Madison's closest friends over for a princess party. They were so cute! They decorated tiaras with glitter glue (what was I thinking) and stickers. My poor card table will never be the same again, but hey at least its colorful and glittery! We painted nails, played hot potatoe, and even put on a dance recital on Madison's bed... It was fun listening to them in her room giggling and playing.
Wow, I can't believe how long its been since I posted something on here. I have lots of updates...
First, here are some pictures of Madison's dance recital from last week. I didn't think we were going to survive the week with dance practice every night for 2-3 hours leading up to the actual recital but it was well worth it. The girls were so cute! They did such a great job. Madison is such a ham and completely fearless! Some how she managed to end up front and center by the end of the performance when she was suppose to be in the back! I think she was more excited over getting to wear makeup than anything else! We are so proud of her.
